Wired are reporting that Firefly, possibly the best scifi tv show ever made, is being turned into Massive Multiplayer Online Roleplaying Game!.. I’m seriously in geek heaven…

“Multiverse, maker of a free MMO-creation platform, plans to announce Friday morning that it’s struck a deal with Fox Licensing to turn the show into an MMORPG in the fashion of Star Wars Galaxies or Eve Online.”

So long as its kept away from those halfwits at Sony Online Entertainment (destroyer of the once beloved Star Wars Galaxies), i’m happy.
