Much as it’d be entertaining to see a huge rumble between The Operative, Jean Luc and Gandalf… (or The Operative, Proffesor X and Magneto for that matter…) 
Really, this post was to say congratulations to Chiwetel Ejiofor for beating both Ian McKellen’s King Lear, and Patrick Stewart’s Macbeth in the Olivier Awards this weekend!
Chiwetel Ejiofor, who played The Operative in Joss Whedon’s Serenity beat 2 of the uk’s thepiest of thespian’s to take the Best Actor Olivier for his performance in Othello at the Donmar Warehouse in London.
