As September aproaches, so do a whole new raft of cult tv shows, so I decided to post a reorganised and updated list of UK Air Dates! I’ll try and keep this one up to date till the end of the year! If there’s a cult show you’d like to see a UK air date for, just leave it in the comments, and i’ll do my best to find it for you.

Sad to say both those times are wrong… As of Feb 1st, the official word from Sky Living is Supernatural Season 6 will air at some point ‘later in the year’… not massively helpful of them, but it does confirm it *will* air and isn’t dropped by Sky as a lot of people are saying.

I saw that too, thanks Pete. I’ve updated the listing. Weird decision to move it mid-season, but I suspect their maybe a few more oddities like that over the next few months while Sky figures out it’s new line up.

I thought Living were just repeating season 1 of White Collar.
Just checked the listings and cannot even see it being shown at all this week.
i know they had a mid season break in the states for season 2 with the second half to be shown over there from 19 January.
i was hoping Living (or Bravo) would be showing the whole second series from January so there would be no need for a break here, but cannot find any air dates.
(It has been renewed for a third series also)
Sorry Peter, your quite right (i don’t watch, so i looked it up and misread it). It’s Season 1 of White Collar they’re running. I suspect they will start airing Season 2 after it. Would seem the logical thing to do with it switching channels from Bravo (you won’t see anything new airing on Bravo now.)

Yep, think that’s the case, like everything on Bravo at the moment, we won’t know where the new series end up until Sky annouce a new channel for it. Leverage could probably work on Living, but it’s hard to tell at the moment.

Just wondered whether there was any updates on the UK premiere of Smallville season 10, now that season 9′s finished in the UK. I know it’ll probably be a while yet…. but one can only hope.
Also, do you have any idea on the premiere date for the new Matt LeBlanc comedy called ‘Episodes’? I’ve seen plenty of information about the show and know it’s due to air on the BBC in the UK and Showtime in America…. but I can’t seem to find any dates for it.

Not that i’m aware of no… There were rumours of a Knight Rider movie at one point, but after the failure of the 2008 TV reboot, i don’t think we’ll be seeing any more Knight Rider soon…

Any news on ‘Sons Of Anarchy’ S3 would be welcome – likewise, does anyone know if S3 of ‘Breaking Bad’ has got a UK home?
Sons Of Anarchy is currently on Bravo, so is stuck in limbo like Hawaii Five-O for the moment, due to the Sky buyout. Breaking Bad also appears to be homeless in the UK at the moment too, as I don’t think Five (who showed season 2) or FX (who showed season 1) have bought the rights. Really hoping it pops up somewhere, as it’s a great show!

“Hi, Thanks for your email. Private Practice will be on air on Tuesday on Living Loves. Unfortunately, there is no new series of Greys Anatomy on air at the moment. However, Greys Anatomy 6 will be repeated on LIVING LOVES in 2011. Kind regards LivingTV.”
Yep… really helpful. I also called today and they said the same thing, so it sounds like they don’t actually have the foggiest idea of when they’re getting it from ABC.

Flashforward was canned by ABC, so there is no Season 2 unfortunately…
Nothing official on The Good Wife Season 2 yet. Channel 4 do have the rights, so if it follows the same pattern as last year, it’ll be late January 2011.

The US air date got pushed back to 17th November due to FOX reshuffling it’s lineup after cancelling Lone Star. So, that’ll probably put the UK air date into 2011. No official info yet though. If i see any, i’ll update it on the list.

Nothing yet. It was supposed to be on Bravo in October, but it doesn’t appear on any of the online listings, so it looks like Sky have pulled it to run it on a different channel. My guess would be Sky 1, but it’s really hard to tell where shows affected by the takeover will end up (e.g. Chuck season 4 ending up on Living this month!.. Don’t think anyone saw that coming!)

Nothing on Cougar Town season 2 yet, but if it follows this years schedule, it’ll be March 2011 (that could be moved forward though with the Sky takeover. Programming is very much in flux on those channels!)
East Bound and Down starts 11th November on FXUK 10pm.
No UK date for Human Target Season 2, but the US air date has been bumped to Nov 17th, so that will probably push the UK date into 2011…
No one seems to know what’s happening with Breaking Bad Season 3, other than Five don’t appear to have the rights to it, so we don’t even know which channel it’ll pop up on (assuming someone picks it up).
Nothing on 30 Rock Season 5 yet either.
Nurse Jakie Season 2 i think has been picked up by BBC2. No air date yet.

Any idea on Lie To Me season 3 on Sky One? Recently got brought forward in the US

No official info yet.
US air date for Lie To Me season 3 is 4th of Oct 2010, but it was only moved up on the 28th Sept (due to Lone Star getting canned). Given the lateness of the move, and the fact that Sky prefer to try and avoid the various breaks the US has in the schedules (for things like Thanksgiving and sweeps) – I suspect it won’t make it here till Jan 2011. That’s purely a guess though.

Not totally sure what’s going to happen with Sons of Anarchy, since BSkyB are closing Bravo, Bravo 2 and Channel One (aka Virgin), following their buyout.
If Bravo had bought the rights prior to the buyout, the chances are It’ll be ‘redeployed’ to another Sky channel. If not, you’ll have to wait and see who picks it up.

Humm… well, the official word from Sky originally was it would return in Sept, but it appears to have disappeared now from the listings… Some people on the forums are claiming to have seen stuff on Sky.com saying it’s moved to Jan 2011, but i can’t find any evidence of that ethier, so i’m not sure what’s going on. It’s weird of Sky to bump it that late, unless they’re trying to avoid a US break in schedule so they can run it straight through… Will post an update if i find out more.

Any ideas on when Grey’s Anatomy season 7 is being shown on Living? Starts around now in the US.
And I’m hoping that as How I Met Your Mother season 5 is still only being shown for the first time at the moment on E4 (about half way through), they’ll just show season 6 (which started this week in the US) straight after?

Can’t find anything on How I Met Your Mother season 6 on E4 yet. It would be logical for them to run it straight after season 5 if they can, but this is E4, so they may bump it to next year…

Silent Witness series 13 aired in Jan this year, so given that there’s been no official word yet, series 14 will probably air Jan 2011. It has moved around the schedules in the past though, so it might come earlier.

Being Human usually airs in January, so i’d expect it to be back Jan 2011. Nothing official yet though.
Misfits was filmed in May, and is supposed to be due to air in November.

Sky now own the rights to all HBO content (excluding exisiting deals), so Boardwalk Empire will be on Sky, just don’t know when yet… recent article in The Independant said it was going to be 2011 though… They may also pull a ‘Pacific’ and bung it on Sky Premiere too, which would suck. Another rumour is they’re planning on launching a HBOUK channel (like the FXUK channel), so they could be saving it to launch that. Just don’t know at this point…
Had a good hunt round, and can’t find anything about a UK air date for Terriers yet, so that’s most likely to be 2011 too, assuming it gets picked up by a UK channel.

NCIS on FXUK usually runs a few weeks after the US air date, so season 8 ‘may’ be back in October, but no official word from FXUK yet.
Can’t find anything on Season 7 for Living or Five, but if I spot something, i’ll post it.

As far I can tell there are no plans at the moment, although, in July, Sky bought the exclusive rights to air all HBO shows (once any exisiting contracts with current UK broadcasters expire), so it should pop up at some point. As to exactly when and where, it’s hard to tell…

Channel 4 has the rights to The Event, and is apparently planning to air it in October. Don’t know if that’ll be on Channel 4, E4 or More4 though.
Really stuggling to find any info on UnderCovers in the UK at the moment. Can’t even find if a UK channel has picked it up yet (although i imagine they will.)
Even though the Two and a Half Men season 7 DVD is out on October 4, 2010, Comedy Central said they aren’t airing the rest of the season until ‘Autumn’, so i’d expect it back Oct/Nov. Nothing on season 8 yet.

House is currently being advertised as “coming soon” to Sky One, so I’d expect that to be 1st or 2nd week of October, just after its USA launch. Big Bang Theory returns to US screens 23rd Sep, but anyones guess when E4 will air it, hopefully not too late. I must say, the major show I waiting for is The Walking Dead, but that doesn’t even air in US till late October, and I have no info yet to which channel will pick it up over here…

ITV have said Vampire Diaries Season 2 will run ‘in the Autumn’, so i’d expect to see it at some point in October.
Caprica is back October 5th in the US, so we should get it on Sky1 Oct/Nov.

Big Bang Theory – Pure speculation at the moment, but the logical thing to do would be to bring it back after they’ve finished the re-run of season 2 (which would be end of Oct). Then, this is E4, who have some of the worse schedulers in the history of tv scheduling, so anything could happen!
