Meerkats Aleksandr and Sergei Get A Limited Edition DC Comic Book

After a successful team up to promote Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, the comparethemarket.com Meerkats have gone a step further, a Limited Edition DC Comic Book starring Aleksandr and Sergei. This is of course a shameless marketing stunt, however, when you have the an artist of Neal Adams’s caliber involved, it’s hard not to take notice!

Meerkat Movies: A Heroic Journey sees best friends Aleksandr and Sergei causing havoc on the streets of LA dressed up as their favourite Super Hero counterparts, Batman and Superman. The duo find themselves in hot water as they make their way to see the blockbuster film Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. Their journey is far from smooth as they get caught between rival street gangs and snarling dogs as they try to make it to the cinema on time.

The book is illustrated by DC artist Neal Adams, who’s worked on iconic stories including Superman, Batman, and Green Arrow, and written by DC scribe Tony Bedard. The first part of the comic is available to download today from comparethemarket.com, with part 2 available from the 27th May. It’s only available for a limited time, so to avoid disappointment fans should get their hands on a copy now.
