Competition Rules
- To enter a competition you must be a UK resident and 18 years old or over at the time of entry.
- Competitions are not open to employees (or members of their immediate families) of GeekTown, or the companies supplying the competition prizes (see 13).
- No purchase necessary.
- The winner(s) will be selected by GeekTown from the entries either via twitter.com/facebook.com, or via the entry form on geektown.co.uk or the GeekTown Forum.
- The closing date is as specified in the competition, and GeekTown reserves the right to amend the competition end date at any time.
- If you win the competition, we will notify you by e-mail or twitter as appropriate. No correspondence will be entered into.
- You can find out who has won the competition by sending an email to comp@geektown.co.uk with the subject ‘competition winner’ after the closing date.
- Winners who do not respond to GeekTown’s contact attempts via email, Twitter or Facebook within 3 months of the initial winning notification void their winner’s status.
- The prize will not be transferable to another person.
- No part of a prize is exchangeable for cash or any other prize.
- If an advertised prize is not available, we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
- Incorrectly completed entries will be disqualified.
