Star Wars: Detours
I’m not sure how I managed to miss this trailer when it came out, but now i’ve spotted it, I thought i’d post it!
‘Star Wars: Detours‘ is an animated TV series from Robot Chicken‘s Seth Green and Matthew Senreich taking a comical sideways look at the Star Wars universe. Somewhat similar in tone to the brilliant Robot Chicken Star Wars specials, and using many of the same voice cast, it looks at a daily lives of many of the minor characters (as well as some of the main ones).
Very happy to see Seth MacFarlane back as the voice of Palpatine, Breckin Meyer as everyone’s favourite Fett, along with Ahmed Best returning as Jar Jar, and the legend that is Billy Dee Williams as Lando.
It’s due in the US in 2013, but no news on a channel or UK air date yet. It’s one we’ll be keeping an eye on!
