I had though that maybe we’d seen the end of Clara’s time in the TARDIS after the end of the last season of Doctor Who, but it seems she’s back again, and why not… After all, she gets to meet Santa (or Nick Frost dressed as Santa, which is equally awesome).

Bearing in mind the desperately disappointing series with Peter Capaldi and its 6.15 pm time slot i suspect this will be a very silly episode aimed specifically at the kids, oh well a bit of fun at Christmas wont be too bad, bah humbug!

Interestingly you said you were desperately disappointing with the Peter Capaldi series, who has probably been the darkest doctor in a while, but then aren’t happy at it being a more ‘child friendly’ episode… Not entirely sure what you’d actually like to see…
But, it’s Christmas. You’re supposed to embrace the sillier Who episodes… You don’t want Nick Frost leaving a lump of coal in your socking do you? ;)
