Competition: Win Humans 2.0 On DVD!
Humans has just finished it’s incredible 2nd series on Channel 4, but we’re giving you the chance to own a copy of the whole of Humans 2.0, which is released on DVD on 16th January 2017, courtesy of Spirit Entertainment.
Set in a parallel present where the latest must-have gadget for any busy family is a ‘synth’ – a highly-developed robotic servant eerily similar in appearance to humans. These incredible machines share our homes, our jobs and our lives and so become the objects of our fear, hatred, lust and even love.
Series 2 starts with the Hawkins family struggling to put past events behind them. Their efforts are complicated further when they are unexpectedly drawn into battles being waged by their old conscious synth friends. As their emotional capabilities expand, the synths are pushed to the limit as they confront huge moral questions about their place in the world.
Humans stars Gemma Chan, Katherine Parkinson, Lucy Carless, Tom Goodman-Hill, Ivanno Jeremiah and Colin Morgan.
Humans 2.0 is released on DVD on 16th January 2017. The Humans Series 1 & 2 boxset will be released on the same day.

I deserve this prize because i”m an actor who need a high class drama to watch to save me from the daytime telly schedules when I’m resting!
Love Humans. It’s way more than just an ‘i want a robot’ show. The moral and ethical dilemmas on dealing with the synths is truly fascinating. Loving it.
I missed the first season because I was away , and didn’t want to watch the second before I had ….now caught up and ready for reboot .

An innovative series. Like Star Trek which showed us mobile phones, tablets and sliding doors, Humans has shown us the best device which needs to be invented – an off button for those you want to shut the f*ck up

I’d love to win this because my husband is always at work, if we had it on dvd we could watch it together when he has a rare day off. Our kids love this too and would think mum and dad are super cool if we won this!
It will allow me to delete the series on my sky box to make more room for the next tv series that I want to watch in one go, and then I can watch this in bed as I don’t have sky upstairs! – that would be amazing!
