Project Hail Mary is on MGM+ from 18th June (will be added to Prime at later date)
Do you think it could maybe be the full 4 hour version of Hail Mary? From what I’ve read, they cut out a lot of important scenes. I’ve read the book and some of what’s cut should not have been cut.

The Five Star Weekend is coming in July.
ased on the best-selling book by Elin Hilderbrand (The Perfect Couple), glossy, sun-soaked drama The Five Star Weekend is centred on Hollis Shaw (Jennifer Garner), a famed cook and best-selling author. Known for her delicious recipes, impeccable taste, and warm demeanour, her life is turned upside down after a devastating loss.
Unable to move forward, the death exposes the cracks in Hollis’s picture-perfect life, her strained marriage, her complicated relationship with her daughter, and her growing pursuit of validation from her fans.
In an effort to overcome grief and find herself again, Hollis gets the idea to host a weekend away at her house on Nantucket with three friends from different stages in her life: her childhood, her twenties, her thirties, plus one surprise fifth guest. Set against a luxurious and coastal backdrop, the stars will mature in ways they could never imagine as boundaries are pushed and secrets are exposed.
Also starring D’Arcy Carden, Gemma Chan, Regina Hall, Chloë Sevigny, Harlow Jane and Timothy Olyphant.
That’s a drama on Sky Atlantic in July rather than a movie
How do we see past movie listing? Thanks.

Also, movies on HBO Max UK & IRE are not available on Sky’s ‘Basic with Ad’s’ plan, you will need ‘Standard with Ad’s’, ‘Standard’ no ads or ‘Premium’ no ads to watch movies.
Why is this so confusing???
I wouldn’t use HBO Max US May highlights…as basis for UK & Ireland
Greenland 2: Migration was added to Prime recently
Lurker is a Universal release , so won’t be getting added to HBO Max here, it will go to Sky Cinema , likely in August.
The Moment is also a Universal release.
Wonder Woman 1984 is the only one that is mentioned on their UK Instagram page

The Bride listed on Sky Cinema on 22nd May on Digiguide
Pretty sure Black Phone 2 isn’t correct that is in the U.S after it premiered on Peacock in January
All Universal/Focus releases go to Sky Cinema in the UK, looks like it will be June since it’s avaliable to rent until 18th May.
They should really add new Universal films to Sky Cinema sooner considering they are effectively forced to do so now with Warner Bros.
Yeah, I don’t know why they take so long to get Universal films
It’s possible Black Phone 2 is incorrect alright. Its available on Prime Video to rent/purchase but on the whats on netflix website it says its coming on May 16th and usually there spot on when it comes to UK release dates but they could be wrong!
Well they are incorrect
It’s been confirmed for Sky Cinema in June
All Universal or Focus Features UK releases go to Sky Cinema first.

Netflix & Sony Pictures Entertainment signed a landmark $7 billion plus multi-year global deal granting Netflix exclusive ‘Pay 1’ rights for all Sony theatrical releases after their initial cinema run. The agreement will officially roll out throughout 2026 establishing Netflix as the global home of Sony films worldwide.
The deal covers exclusive rights to stream Sony Pictures theatrical films for the first 18 months, after which titles may move to other platforms. Upcoming & future cinema releases by Sony will be included in the deal with full implementation globally by early 2029
