Larry David Returns For A 10th Season Of ‘Curb Your Enthusiasm’

We did wonder if Season 9 of Curb Your Enthusiasm would be a final swansong for Larry David’s series, but it seems not. The show has been renewed for a 10th Season!

“We are thrilled that Larry will be back with his uniquely acerbic wit and comedic sensibility,” commented HBO programming president Casey Bloys. To which David adds, “As I’ve said many times, when one has the opportunity to annoy someone, one should do so.”

The off-kilter comedy series sees Larry David play… well… Larry David, a Los Angeles based television writer and producer who stumbles through one faux-pas after another. Season 9 showed that even a 6-year break hasn’t dulled David’s wit. The return drew in a huge array of guest performances from people such as Bryan Cranston, Lauren Graham, Jimmy Kimmel, Nick Offerman, Elizabeth Banks, Ed Begley Jr., Elizabeth Perkins, Damon Wayans Jr., Steven Weber, and the one and only Judge Judy.

The latest season also saw the return of some previous performers including Jeff Garlin, Susie Essman, J.B. Smoove, Cheryl Hines, Richard Lewis, Bob Einstein, Ted Danson and Mary Steenburgen.

Curb Your Enthusiasm‘ airs on Sky Atlantic in the UK.
