When Are Flash/Arrow/Supergirl/Legends Back On Sky One? We Have Some Preliminary UK Air Dates For You!

So, thanks to some of our eagle-eyed Geektowners, we have some preliminary UK Air Dates for The Flash, Arrow, Supergirl, and Legends Of Tomorrow. Please note: these were dates given out by the NOW TV Twitter feed, so should be correct, however, Sky do not officially lock-in air dates until 2 weeks before broadcast, so they may shift!

Although ‘Supergirl’ usually returns first, due to some messing with the schedule over on the show’s US home, The CW, the “girl of steel” will be last to return this time around.

‘The Flash’ speeds back onto Sky One with episode 10,  “The Trial of The Flash”, on Tuesday, 27th February 2018 at 8pm. As you may remember, we left Barry having just been framed for the murder of DeVoe… Although DeVoe’s body is dead he had his consciousness moved into Dominic… sneaky. As you can tell by the episode title, Barry will now have to explain to a judge why there is the dead body of a man in his apartment!

‘Legends Of Tomorrow’ returns with episode 10, “Daddy Darhkest” on Wednesday, 28th February 2018 at 8pm. This sees John Constantine (Matt Ryan) appear on board the Waverider to enlist the team into helping him with a demonic possession that’s somehow tied to Sara.

‘Arrow’ returns with the episode “Divided” on Thursday, 1st March 2018 at 8pm. Oliver is back as the Green Arrow but is still refusing any help from Rene, Dinah, or Curtis. This leaves only himself, Felicity and Diggle to deal with Cayden James and Black Siren.

‘Supergirl’ is currently pencilled in to return to Sky One on Monday, 19th March 2018 at 8pm 26th March 2018 at 8pm. This delay is due to them wanting to run the series as a solid block, rather than split it in two like they have on The CW. NOTE: This actually puts us less behind on Supergirl than the other shows, as it’ll catch up to the US air date after the first 4 weeks due to The CW break meaning it’ll not returning over there until April. The first episode back is titled “Legion of Superheroes”, and sees the introduction of Legion member Brainiac 5 (Jesse Rath), and will only be 1 week behind the US.

Just to reiterate a couple of things:

Firstly, THESE DATES MAY CHANGE, but this is the information we have at the moment.

And second, I know they’re later than normal, but that’s not the fault of Sky. It’s due to the way The CW in the US has scheduled the shows. The US are airing ‘Supergirl’ for 4 episodes, then it goes off air until April. ‘Legends’ takes it’s slot until it finishes, then ‘Supergirl’ comes back. So ‘Supergirl’ will only be 1 week behind the US despite starting later. ‘Legends’ will only be 2 weeks behind (although I suspect that’s due to the US having another break, and will end up being back to 1 week behind.) Yes, ‘Flash’ and ‘Arrow’ will be a few more weeks behind the US airing, but I’d rather they brought everything back together and run them as a solid block than have loads of gaps! It does all make sense.
