‘Better Call Saul’ Season 4 Gets August Air Date

Better Call Saul Season 4 has finally got an air date US network AMC announced last night, which should mean we see it in the UK the day after once again.

Bob Odenkirk returns to star as Jimmy McGill, but this season would appear to be when we see the long-awaited transition into his alter-ego, Saul Goodman, the shady lawyer who ends up representing a certain blue meth-dealing former science teacher…

According to the official synopsis, *WARNING SPOILERS FOR SEASON 3 FINALE* the loss of his brother, Chuck (Michael McKean), catalyzes Jimmy’s transformation into Saul. In the wake of the death, Jimmy takes steps into the criminal world that will put his future as a lawyer – and his relationship with Kim – in jeopardy. Chuck’s death also deeply affects former colleagues Howard (Patrick Fabian) and Kim as well, putting the two of them once again on opposite sides of a battle sparked by the Brothers McGill.

Meanwhile, Mike Ehrmantraut (Jonathan Banks) takes a more active role as Madrigal Electromotive’s newest (and most thorough) security consultant. It’s a volatile time to be in the employ of Gus Fring (Giancarlo Esposito.) as Hector’s (Mark Margolis) collapse sends shock waves throughout the Albuquerque underworld and throws the cartel into chaos – tearing apart both Gus and Nacho’s (Michael Mando) well-laid plans. While Gus changes course, Nacho finds himself in the crosshairs of deadly forces…

Better Call Saul‘ Season 4 will come to AMC in the US on Monday, August 6th, 2018 at 9/8c. We get the show on this side of the pond just hours later on Tuesday, 7th August 2018 on Netflix UK.
