Fox UK has set out the premiere dates for two of its big dramas in January – ‘NCIS‘ Season 16 & ‘Bull‘ Season 3.
‘NCIS’, the long-running action drama which follows the Naval Criminal Investigative Service, returns for its 16th Season on Friday, 4th January 2019 at 9pm, and picks up after 1 month after the events of the Season 15 finale.
If you remember where we left the gang, Leon Vance (Rocky Carroll) had been kidnapped by Nigel Hakim (Pej Vahdat), a British humanitarian worker attached to the British embassy. Whilst the team search for the whereabouts of the missing NCIS Director, Gibbs is assigned the role of Acting Director.
‘Bull’ sees ex-NCIS star Michael Weatherly return for his 3rd Season as Dr Jason Bull, starts on Friday, 11th January 2019 at 10pm. Based on the early career of Dr Phil McGraw, the founder of one of the most prolific trial consulting firms of all time, he combines psychology, human intuition, and high tech data to learn what makes jurors, attorneys, witnesses, and the accused tick.
When we left the charismatic psychologist in the Season 2 finale, Bull had just managed to win the case, then collapsed on the courthouse steps, dialling 9-1-1 saying he was having a heart attack. Season 3 opens with Bull returning to work for the first time since the attack, with a new rich client for the firm to represent: an insurance company being sued by a dying mother for denying coverage of her liver transplant.
‘NCIS‘ Season 16 premieres Friday, 4th January 2019 at 9pm with ‘Bull‘ Season 3 airing Friday, 11th January 2019 at 10pm, both on Fox UK.
