ITV has set a January premiere date for the return of ‘Cold Feet‘ for its 8th Season the broadcaster announced today.
Produced by Big Talk Productions, and written and created by Mike Bullen, ‘Cold Feet’ stars James Nesbitt, Hermione Norris, Robert Bathurst, Fay Ripley and John Thomson as the nation’s favourite ‘fifty something’ friends as we follow their lives in Manchester.
Season 7 celebrated the shows 20th anniversary with a triumphant return to ITV screens in September 2016, making it one of the channel’s most successful drama launches of 2016. As we head into Season 8, wedding bells ring, but for whom? Jenny (Ripley) and Pete (Thomson) can’t get enough of each other, until some unexpected news sends Jenny into a tailspin. Meanwhile, David (Bathurst) and Karen (Norris) lock horns when it comes to parenting, and Adam (Nesbitt) hears some hurtful home truths.
‘Cold Feet’ is produced for ITV by Big Talk Productions, one of the UK’s leading film and television production companies. Mike Bullen executive produces the series, alongside Big Talk’s Kenton Allen and Matthew Justice. ITV Studios Global Entertainment is responsible for distributing Cold Feet internationally.
