Netflix has released the first trailer for upcoming Martin Scorsese film ‘The Irishman’, which reunites Robert De Niro, Al Pacino & Joe Pesci on screen once again.

Martin Scorsese’s ‘The Irishman’, is an epic saga of organized crime in post-war America told through the eyes of World War II veteran Frank Sheeran (De Niro), a hustler and hitman who worked alongside some of the most notorious figures of the 20th century. Spanning decades, the film chronicles one of the greatest unsolved mysteries in American history, the disappearance of legendary union boss Jimmy Hoffa (Pacino), and offers a monumental journey through the hidden corridors of organized crime: its inner workings, rivalries and connections to mainstream politics.

The movie also stars Harvey Keitel, Ray Romano, Bobby Cannavale, Anna Paquin, Stephen Graham, Stephanie Kurtzuba, Jack Huston, Kathrine Narducci, Jesse Plemons, Domenick Lombardozzi, Paul Herman, Gary Basaraba, and Marin Ireland.

Based on the book I Heard You Paint Houses by Charles Brandt, the film is written by Steven Zaillian (‘The Night Of’, ‘American Gangster’, ‘Gangs of New York’) and exec produced by Scorsese, De Niro, Jane Rosenthal, Emma Tillinger Koskoff, Irwin Winkler, Gerald Chamales, Gaston Pavlovich, Randall Emmett.

Netflix hasn’t given an exact release date for ‘The Irishman’ yet, but it will arrive in Autumn 2019. You can bookmark it on Netflix by going to netflix.com/theirishman.
