On this week’s Geektown Radio podcast I’m joined by Darryl From Hollywood North News to chat through our week in tv, film & gaming, along with all the weekly tv news, renewals and cancellations.
We begin, as ever, by reviewing the last 7 days in tv, film and gaming. Darryl has been bouncing around the streaming services digging up treats, as he reviews the Norwegian-language fantasy drama ‘Ragnarok’ on Netflix, along with Amazon film ‘Without Remorse’, and Amazon teen drama ‘Panic’. Meanwhile, I chat through Netflix family adventure series ‘Sweet Tooth’, and BBC’s prison drama ‘Time’.
In the TV news, we run through the various renewals, cancellations and pickups. We also discuss the reasons why Netflix may be decided to cancel ‘Jupiter’s Legacy’, the ending of ‘Holby City’, a whole string of new shows coming to STAR on Disney+, and Oscar Isaac joining the MCU.
