‘American Horror Stories’ Renewed For Season 2

Get ready for more American Horror Stories, as FX announces the Ryan Murphy anthology spin-off has been renewed for a second season.

‘American Horror Stories’ is a spin-off of Ryan Murphy and Brad Falchuk’s award-winning hit series ‘American Horror Story’. The seven-episode anthology series features a different horror story each episode, rather than each season. Some of those tales tie back into events and characters from the main show.

The cast for the series includes a number of familiar faces from the main show including Matt Bomer, Naomi Grossman, Cody Fern, Chad James Buchanan, John Carroll Lynch, Dylan McDermott, Charles Melton and Billie Lourd. They are joined by newcomers to the franchise such as Danny Trejo, Kevin McHale, Dyllón Burnside, Madison Bailey, Rhenzy Feliz, Amy Grabow, Nico Greetham, Ronen Rubinstein, Virginia Gardner and Dane Diliegro.

The series, which is currently airing on Hulu in the USA, has been described by FX as their “most successful launch of any FX on Hulu series to date.” The horror drama is due to land in September via STAR on Disney+ in the UK. The main ‘American Horror Story: Double Feature‘ series is due to launch next week in the USA, and October in the UK via STAR on Disney+.

‘American Horror Stories’ is executive produced by Ryan Murphy, Brad Falchuk, Alexis Martin Woodall, John J. Gray and Manny Coto.

American Horror Stories‘ Season 1 will premiere Wednesday, 8th September 2021 on Star on Disney+ in the UK and Ireland.
