‘Reservation Dogs’ Renewed For Season 2 By FX on Hulu
FX On Hulu has renewed Sterlin Harjo and Taika Waititi’s hit comedy ‘Reservation Dogs‘ for a 2nd Season the US broadcaster has announced (and no, we don’t have UK premiere date yet before anyone asks, but we do know it is coming to Star On Disney+).
Starring D’Pharaoh Woon-A-Tai, Devery Jacobs, Paulina Alexis and Lane Factor, ‘Reservation Dogs’ is a half-hour comedy that follows the exploits of four Indigenous teenagers in rural Oklahoma who steal, rob and save in order to get to the exotic, mysterious and faraway land of California. Filmed on location in Okmulgee, Oklahoma, the comedy is a breakthrough in Indigenous representation on television both in front of and behind the camera. Every writer, director and series regular on the show is Indigenous. This first-of-its-kind creative team tells a story that resonates with them and their lived experiences – and invites audiences into a surprisingly familiar and funny world.

The series is currently airing via FX On Hulu in the USA, and has been getting rave reviews across the board, landing a 100% Certified Fresh rating on Rotten Tomatoes and earning Universal Acclaim on Metacritic. LA Times called it “the most radical teen show on TV… .charming, funny and a little bit beautiful”, whilst Variety named it “a lovely, eminently watchable triumph”.

‘Reservation Dogs‘ Season 1 does not yet have a UK premiere date, however, we do know it is due to arrive via Star On Disney+ at some point in the future.
