Amazon Renews ‘Jack Ryan’ For Season 4 Before Season 3 Even Airs
We haven’t even had Season 3 yet, but Amazon has already renewed ‘Jack Ryan‘ for a 4th Season, and also announced Michael Peña will be joining the cast.
The upcoming 3rd Season, which only finished filming last month, so does not yet have a premiere date, sees John Krasinski back in the title role, alongside Wendell Pierce as James Greer and Michael Kelly as Mike November.
Season 3 finds Jack Ryan on the run and in a race against time. Jack is wrongly implicated in a larger conspiracy and suddenly finds himself a fugitive out in the cold. Now, wanted by both the CIA and an international rogue faction that he has uncovered, Jack is forced underground, crisscrossing Europe, trying to stay alive and prevent a massive global conflict.
Along with Krasinski, Greer and Kelly, the third season cast also features Betty Gabriel (‘Get Out’), James Cosmo (‘His Dark Materials’), Peter Guinness (‘Cursed’), Nina Hoss (‘Little Sister’) and Alexej Manvelov (‘Before We Die’). Michael Peña (‘Ant-Man’, ‘Narcos: Mexico’) will join the drama in season four in an, as yet, undisclosed role.
‘Tom Clancy’s Jack Ryan’ is co-produced by Amazon Studios, Paramount Television and Skydance Television and will launch exclusively on Amazon Prime Video. The series is executive produced by Andrew Form, Brad Fuller, Michael Bay, Krasinski and Allyson Seeger, along with Carlton Cuse and Graham Roland, who created the series for television. Additionally, Andrew Bernstein, Vince Calandra, David Graziano, Tom Clancy, David Ellison, Dana Goldberg, Marcy Ross, Mace Neufeld, Lindsey Springer, Dennie Gordon and Phil Abraham also executive produce the second season of Tom Clancy’s Jack Ryan.
