Geektown Radio 318: DC FanDome Roundup, ‘COBRA: Cyberwar’ Review, Renewals & Cancellations, UK TV Air Dates!

We are back with a packed Geektown Radio podcast, as I’m joined by Matt from Entertainment Talk to chat through our week in tv, film & gaming, along with all the weekly tv news, renewals and cancellations, along with talking all things DC!

We begin by reviewing the last 7 days in tv, film and gaming. Matt has been coming to the end of ‘Psychonauts 2’, so gives an update on his progress and thoughts on the game. He also gives a review on the Season 2 finale of Apple TV+ series ‘SEE’. Meanwhile, I have been watching the first 3 episodes of Sky drama ‘COBRA: Cyberwar’, which returned this week, along with reviewing the first episode of ‘Reservation Dogs’, and the return of Netflix sci-fi ‘Another Life’ for a 2nd Season.

In the TV news, we run through the renewals, along with some cancellations and pickups, but the main chat this week is about the huge DC FanDome live stream event. We run through all the announcements, from the games, tv shows and films. We discuss the state of the Arrowverse (or what is left of it), and what the future holds. We also chat about the various movie trailers, including the interesting footage from ‘The Flash’ film and the spectacular trailer for ‘The Batman’.

On This Weeks Show:

  • I’m joined by Matt to review the movies, games, and tv shows we’ve been watching over the past week.
  • We take a look at all the latest tv & film news, including all the renewals & cancellations.
  • We give you our recommendations for the upcoming TV in the next few weeks.
