Whilst it might be freezing in the UK at the moment, you can still at least be reminded of what sunshine looks like when ‘Magnum P.I.‘ returns to Sky Max for Season 4 in January 2022.
‘Magnum P.I.’ is a modern take on the classic series centring on Thomas Magnum (Jay Hernandez – ‘Scandal’, ‘Suicide Squad’), a decorated former Navy SEAL who, upon returning home from Afghanistan, repurposes his military skills to become a private investigator. A charming rogue, an American hero and a die-hard Detroit Tigers fan, Magnum lives in a guest cottage on Robin’s Nest, the luxurious estate where he works as a security consultant to supplement his P.I. business.
As we head into Season 4, Magnum and Higgins reunite and work the case of a construction worker’s tragic death. Meanwhile, TC and Shammy get skyjacked by a pair of drug runners posing as tourists.
Alongside Hernandez, the series stars Perdita Weeks as Juliet Higgins, Zachary Knighton as Orville “Rick” Wright, Stephen Hill as Theodore “T.C.” Calvin, Amy Hill as Teuila “Kumu” Tuileta, and Tim Kang as HPD Detective Gordon Katsumoto.
‘Magnum P.I.‘ Season 4 premieres Sunday, 2nd January 2022 at 9pm on Sky Max.
The series has been paired with ‘NCIS: New Orleans‘ Season 7 which premieres on the same date at 10pm (moved back by one week from the originally announced December premiere date.) ‘NCIS: LA‘, which would usually take that slot, has been bumped back to later in 2022.
