‘The Flight Attendant’ Season 2 Lands Trailer, Premiering May On Sky Max & NOW In The UK

by Dave Elliott

Put your trays into their upright positions, as The Flight Attendant returns to the air(waves) for Season 2 this May on Sky Max and the NOW streaming service in the UK.

Season one followed Cassie Bowden (Kaley Cuoco) and began the story of how her entire life changed in one night, when the flight attendant woke up in the wrong hotel, in the wrong bed, with a dead man – and no idea what happened… This led to her panicking (as you would!) and trying to clean up the “crime”, whilst trying to forget it ever happened… However, the intermittent flashbacks/hallucinations, not to mention the questions from the FBI, won’t leave her alone, so she ends up having to dive into the dead guy’s life to discover the truth of what really happened.

Season two of ‘The Flight Attendant’ finds Cassie living her best sober life in Los Angeles while moonlighting as a CIA asset in her spare time. But when an overseas assignment leads her to inadvertently witness a murder, she becomes entangled in another international intrigue.

The series stars Kaley Cuoco as Cassie Bowden, Zosia Mamet as Ani Mouradian, Griffin Matthews as Shane Evans, Deniz Akdeniz as Max, Rosie Perez as Megan Briscoe, Mo McRae as Benjamin Berry, Callie Hernandez as Gabrielle Diaz and Joseph Soria as Esteban Diaz.

New series regulars include Mo McRae, Callie Hernandez and JJ Soria; returning recurring guest stars T.R. Knight, Yasha Jackson and Audrey Grace Marshall; and new recurring guest stars Sharon Stone, Alanna Ubach, Cheryl Hines, Jessie Ennis, Mae Martin, Margaret Cho, Santiago Cabrera and Shohreh Aghdashloo.

‘The Flight Attendant’ is developed by showrunner Steve Yockey, who serves as executive producer alongside co-showrunner and executive producer Natalie Chaidez. Greg Berlanti, Kaley Cuoco, Sarah Schechter, David Madden, Suzanne McCormack and Silver Tree are executive producers. Jess Meyer is co-executive producer and Bonnie Munoz is producer. The series is produced by Warner Bros. Television, Cuoco’s Yes, Norman Productions and Berlanti Productions. Season one was based on the novel of the same name by New York Times bestselling author Chris Bohjalian.

The Flight Attendant‘ Season 2 will premiere in May 2022 on Sky Max and streaming service NOW (no exact date yet). The series premieres Thursday, April 21th 2022 on HBO Max in the USA, with a finale on May 26th, so it’s likely the show will drop after that here. If you want to keep track of this or any other show, you can add it via our Never Miss system, and you’ll be notified when it gets a UK premiere date.
