The Geektown Radio podcast returns this week with Robert from Entertainment Talk in the co-host chair to chat through and review the last seven days on UK TV, film, and gaming, alongside the usual TV news and UK TV air dates.
Robert talks about catching up with ‘The Curse Of Oak Island’ on tv, and on the gaming side, hitting the plateau in ‘Medieval Dynasty’. Meanwhile, I review the opening two episodes of ‘Obi-Wan’ on Disney+, and the return of ‘Stranger Things’ for a fourth season on Netflix. I also give some initial thoughts on Apple TV+ series ‘Shining Girls’. In addition to all that, this week saw MCM Comic-Con return to London, so I chat about the show this year, and we also talk about conventions in general.
Over in the TV news, we chat through the usual renewals and cancellations! The majority of the tv news comes from the other big convention this week, Star Wars Celebration.
