It was actually named one of the Seven Wonders of the Modern World back in 1986 and some of the movies you might have seen it crop up include Sleepless in Seattle, Independence Day, and Elf.

It’s an impressive building that can be seen from all over NYC so it makes sense that it would make an appearance on the big screen every now and again. After all, LA is known as being THE place to go if you want to make it big in showbiz.
