Today, Marvel Studio has released the full official trailer for ‘Black Panther: Wakanda Forever’, which premieres in cinemas around the world in November.
Queen Ramonda (Angela Bassett), Shuri (Letitia Wright), M’Baku (Winston Duke), Okoye (Danai Gurira) and the Dora Milaje (including Florence Kasumba), fight to protect their nation from intervening world powers in the wake of King T’Challa’s death. As the Wakandans strive to embrace their next chapter, the heroes must band together with the help of War Dog Nakia (Lupita Nyong’o) and Everett Ross (Martin Freeman) and forge a new path for the kingdom of Wakanda.
The new trailer gives us a much better look at Namor the Submariner (Tenoch Huerta), along with a clip of Dominique Thorne’s Riri Williams/Ironheart taking flight. Interestingly, the trailer also seems to imply that Shuri will be the one taking over the role of Black Panther… Although, this is the MCU, so whether that ends up being some sort of misdirect, and she is still in the suit at the end of the movie remains to be seen.
The film is directed by and written by Ryan Coogler. Kevin Feige and Nate Moore produce.
‘Black Panther: Wakanda Forever’ opens in theatres on 11th November 2022.
