‘The Traitors US: Reunion’ Gets March UK Premiere On BBC Three & iPlayer

For those of you needing a little bit more deception, murder, banishment, and treachery, the BBC has announced ‘The Traitors US: Reunion‘ will bring the cast of the US series back together to settle the score later this March on BBC Three and iPlayer.

If you  somehow missed the global phenomenon which has been ‘The Traitors’, this US version of the series follows twenty of America’s most cunning contestants, a mix of famous faces and everyday Americans, who play the ultimate murder mystery game of deception and suspicion. Hosted by award-winning actor Alan Cumming at the same ancient castle in Scotland as the UK version, they work together on exhilarating missions to build a prize fund worth up to $250,000. But hidden amongst the Faithful contestants are the Traitors, whose goal is to eliminate the Faithful and claim the prize for themselves, all the while remaining undetected.

Under the cover of darkness, the Traitors murder the Faithful one by one, and alongside this treacherous spree the players needed to try and uncover the Traitors and banish them from the game. If the Faithful contestants banished all the Traitors, they got a share the prize fund but if a Traitor maked it to the end, they stole all the money.

‘The Traitors US: Reunion’ dramatically brings together the Season One cast for the first time since the traitorous finale, as they settle the score on all of the deceptions, murders, banishments, and treachery. US talk show host Andy Cohen serves as presenter for the reunion.

Both the US version of ‘The Traitors’, hosted by Alan Cumming, and the UK version, hosted by Claudia Winkleman, have been renewed for 2nd Seasons. If you’re in the UK and think you have what it takes to spot a Traitor (or be one…) you can apply here via BBC Take Part.
