Sky Max Sets August Premiere Date For ‘Never Mind the Buzzcocks’ Season 3

Sky Max has set an August UK premiere date for the return of the comedy music panel show Never Mind the Buzzcocks for Season 3.

‘Never Mind the Buzzcocks’ season three sees comedian, actor and writer Greg Davies leading the way back in the presenting chair. Produced by Talkback (a Fremantle label), the music-themed quiz will also see the return of team captains, Noel Fielding and Daisy-May Cooper and regular guest Jamali Maddix. A new host of brilliant guests will be putting their pop culture knowledge to the test for series three through a series of hilarious rounds including the iconic Identity Parade, and the hilariously bad “intros” round.

The team of ‘Buzzcocks’ are also pretty busy on other projects at the moment. Noel Fielding is working on The Completely Made-Up Adventures Of Dick Turpin for Apple TV+, which sees the comedian starring as the legendary highwayman. Davies is set to make a guest appearance in that comedy alongside Fielding, whilst also working on new Sky comedy-drama ‘Safe Space’. Meanwhile, Daisy-May Cooper is coming off the back of critically acclaimed comedy-drama, ‘Rain Dogs’, and Jamali Maddix is currently up at Edinburgh Festival Fringe, whilst prepping a new stand-up tour.

The series is produced by Talkback (a Fremantle label) and Executive Produced by Kate Edmunds and Jonno Richards, Managing Director of Talkback. The Series Producer is Jordan Read. Fremantle holds the global format rights.

Never Mind the Buzzcocks‘ Season 3 premieres Wednesday, 23rd August 2023 at 9pm on Sky Max.
