TV Premiere Highlights Coming To Disney+ UK In March 2024

An extraordinary line-up from death to dinosaurs and renegades to mutants

As we hurtle towards Spring, Disney+ UK brings an “Extraordinary” line-up, from death to dinosaurs and renegades to mutants…  Plus, a concert film from a little-known musical artist called “Taylor Swift” (the kid has got talent, I think she has a bright future!). Here is what’s coming to Disney+ in March 2024.

Disney+ Originals & UK Exclusives – March 2024 Highlights

DEATH AND OTHER DETAILS, Season 1 – 5th March 2024 (Series)

Set amidst the glamour of the global elite, “Death and Other Details” centres on the brilliant and restless Imogene Scott (Violett Beane), who finds herself in the wrong place/wrong time (okay, it was kinda her fault) and becomes the prime suspect in a locked room murder mystery. The setting? A lavishly restored Mediterranean ocean liner. Suspects? Every pampered guest and every exhausted crew member. The problem? To prove her innocence, she must partner with a man she despises—Rufus Cotesworth (Mandy Patinkin), the world’s greatest detective.

QUEENS – 5th March 2024 (Nat Geo Series)

EXTRAORDINARY, Season 2 – 6th March 2024 (Series)

After the revelations of Season One, the gang find themselves poised for their best attempts at being proper adults. This season follows Carrie and Kash rekindling their platonic relationship while finding their feet independently of each other, Jizzlord searching for where he truly belongs, and Jen striving for self-improvement – which is not easy, when you have a penchant for self-sabotage.

MARVEL’S MOON GIRL AND DEVIL DINOSAUR, Season 2 – 6th March 2024 (Animated Series)

After 13-year-old super-genius Lunella accidentally brings ten-ton T-Rex, Devil Dinosaur into present-day New York City via a time vortex, the duo works together to protect the city’s Lower East Side from danger.

IN THE WOMB: ANIMAL BABIES – 8th March 2024 (Docuseries)

A previsioning of the classic National Geographic series. Using ground-breaking photography, state-of-the-art special effects and amazing 4D scans National Geographic’s In The Womb takes us on a series of remarkable journeys into the extraordinary world of fetal development.

TAYLOR SWIFT ???| THE ERAS TOUR (TAYLOR’S VERSION) – 15th March 2024 (Movie)

A concert film from Taylor Swift’s global record-breaking tour is available for the first time in its entirety, including the song “cardigan” and four additional acoustic songs. The history-making, cinematic experience from 14-time GRAMMY®-winning artist, “Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour” directed by Sam Wrench, grossed more than $260 million worldwide at the global box office, making it the top-selling concert film of all time.

TO CATCH A SMUGGLER, Season 4 – 20th March 2024 (Series)

X-MEN ’97, Season 1 – 20th March 2024 (Animated Series)

Marvel Studios’ “X-Men ’97” is a follow-up to the beloved ’90s classic “X-Men: The Animated Series,” with all-new stories about everyone’s favourite mutants. Beau DeMayo is executive producer and head writer.

FREAKNIK: THE WILDEST PARTY NEVER TOLD – 21st March 2024 (Documentary)

Recounts the rise and fall of a small Atlanta HBCU picnic that exploded into an influential street party and spotlighted ATL as a major cultural stage.

NEXT GOAL WINS – 27th March 2024 (Movie)

Academy Award winner Taika Waititi (Best Adapted Screenplay, 2019, “Jojo Rabbit”) directs this heartfelt, underdog comedy based on a true story and written by Waititi and Iain Morris. “Next Goal Wins” follows the American Samoa soccer team, infamous for their brutal 31-0 FIFA loss in 2001. With the World Cup qualifiers fast approaching, the team hires down-on-his-luck, maverick coach Thomas Rongen (Michael Fassbender), hoping he will turn the world’s worst soccer team into winners. This funny, uplifting film also features Oscar Kightley, Kaimana, David Fane, Rachel House, with Will Arnett and Elisabeth Moss.

STATION 19, Season 7 – 28th March 2024 (Final Season)

‘Station 19’ follows a group of heroic Seattle firefighters as they put their lives and hearts on the line. In Seattle, all firefighters are also trained EMTs and the crew at Station 19 is second to none. Working in 24-hour shifts, these professionals spend so much time together that they build relationships unlike any other.

GREY’S ANATOMY, Season 20 – 28th March 2024 (Series)

‘Grey’s Anatomy’ follows the staff of Grey Sloan as they encounter more hurdles in their professional and personal lives. The record-breaking Shondaland franchise explores the ever-expanding world of modern medicine through the eyes of beloved returning and new characters.

MADU – 29th March 2024 (Movie)

“Madu” follows 12-year-old Anthony Madu as he leaves his family and community in Nigeria to study at one of the most prestigious ballet schools in the world in England. Having never left his home outside of Lagos, Anthony finds himself thrust into a new world where his wildest dreams are suddenly within reach. His courageous journey is a story of extraordinary obstacles as he searches for belonging and acceptance, a family far away, and unexpected challenges that could impact his future. Forming a rich and immersive tapestry told on multiple continents, “Madu” introduces the world to a boy chasing a dream of inspiration that will resonate with us all.

RENEGADE NELL – 29th March 2024 (Series)

England, 1705: Framed for murder and on the run with her sisters, Nell Jackson turns her hand to highway robbery to survive. Aided by her superpowered sidekick, a plucky little sprite called Billy Blind, Nell realises that fate has put her on the wrong side of the law for a reason. A reason much bigger than she could have ever imagined: to defeat a magical plot against the Queen of England.
