Disney+ has announced March UK premiere dates for medical drama ‘Grey’s Anatomy‘ Season 20 and the 7th & final season of firefighter drama ‘Station 19‘.
‘Grey’s Anatomy’ follows the staff of Grey Sloan as they encounter more hurdles in their professional and personal lives. The record-breaking Shondaland franchise explores the ever-expanding world of modern medicine through the eyes of beloved returning and new characters.
Despite Ellen Pompeo moving to a guest star role, Dr. Meredith Grey is still hanging around Grey Sloan, alongside Scott Speedman (as Nick Marsh), Camilla Luddington (Jo), Chris Carmack (Link), James Pickens Jr (Richard), Kim Raver (Teddy Altman), Jake Borelli (Levi) and Anthony Hill (Winston). This season also sees Jessica Capshaw return in a guest-starring role as Dr. Arizona Robbins, along with Alex Landi returning as Dr. Nico Kim.
New faces include Natalie Morales (Dead to Me, The Morning Show) in a guest-starring role as Monica Beltran, a pediatric surgeon whose pragmatism and level-headedness have made her one of the best in her field. Her willingness to push boundaries can be admirable and aggravating, but it’s always aimed at providing top-quality care to her patients; And Freddy Miyares (The L Word: Generation Q, When They See Us) joins the cast in a recurring role as Dorian, an intelligent, warm and likable patient who is involved in a serious accident and is struggling with his future.
‘Station 19’ follows a group of heroic Seattle firefighters as they put their lives and hearts on the line. In Seattle, all firefighters are also trained EMTs and the crew at Station 19 is second to none. Working in 24-hour shifts, these professionals spend so much time together that they build relationships unlike any other.
The series stars Jaina Lee Ortiz, Jason George, Grey Damon, Barrett Doss, Alberto Frezza, Jay Hayden, Okieriete Onaodowan, Danielle Savre, Miguel Sandoval, Boris Kodjoe, Stefania Spampinato, Carlos Miranda, Josh Randall, Merle Dandridge, and Pat Healy.
This marks the final season for ‘Station 19’ following the cancellation announcement back in December last year.
