Marvel’s “Look Ahead” Trailer Highlights Premiere Dates For ‘Daredevil’, ‘Ironheart’, ‘Wonder Man’, ‘Eyes of Wakanda’ & More!

by Dave Elliott

Marvel has released a trailer which highlights new footage and premiere dates for their upcoming shows on Disney+ in 2024 and 2025, including live-action series ‘Daredevil: Born Again’, ‘Ironheart‘, ‘Wonder Man’, alongside animated series ‘Eyes of Wakanda’, ‘Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man’, ‘Marvel Zombies’, and the final season of ‘What If?..’. Here is a breakdown of what is to come:

Deadpool & Wolverine – 12th November 2024

The highest-grossing R-rated movie of all time lands on Disney+ this November. Wade Wilson with his past as the morally flexible Deadpool behind him, until he suddenly finds himself in a fight for the survival of his homeworld and must suit up again – and convince a reluctant Wolverine to help him.

What If…? Season 3 – 22nd December 2024

Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man, Season 1 – 29th January 2025

From Jeff Trammell, ‘Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man’ (previously known as “Spider-Man: Freshman Year”) follows an alternate Peter Parker on his way to becoming Spider-Man, with a journey unlike we’ve ever seen and a style that celebrates the character’s early comic book roots. Features Hudson Thames voicing Peter Parker and Colman Domingo voicing Norman Osborn.

Daredevil: Born Again, Season 1 – 4th March 2025

‘Daredevil: Born Again‘ reunites Charlie Cox (Matt Murdock/Daredevil), Vincent D’Onofrio (Kingpin), Deborah Anm Woll (Karen), Elden Henson (Foggy), and Jon Bernthal (The Punisher) in a brand new series. Longtime rivals Matt Murdock and Wilson Fisk attempt to move past their darker personas to serve New York, but their pasts resurface, reintroducing the world of Daredevil. The nine-part drama also stars Margarita Levieva, Zabryna Guevara, Nikki James, Genneya Walton, Arty Froushan, Clark Johnson, Michael Gandolfini, and Ayelet Zurer.

Ironheart – 24th June 2025

Dominique Thorne reprises her role as charming teenage super genius Riri Williams who returns from MIT to her hometown of Chicago in her iron suit and begins to unravel threads that bring danger and adventure right to her doorstep.

Eyes of Wakanda – 6th August 6 2025

‘Eyes of Wakanda’ is a four-part animated series, with each episode in a different time period. The premise is that, throughout Wakandan history, brave warriors have been tasked to travel the world, retrieving dangerous vibranium artefacts, and each episode will tell one of their stories. It will also feature “an Iron Fist”.

Marvel Zombies – In time for Halloween in October 2025

‘Marvel Zombies’ is a four-part animated series and is a follow-up to the zombie episode of ‘What If…?’. It looks like they’re upping the violence and gore in this though, as it will have a TV-MA (Mature) rating.

Wonder Man – December 2025

Hollywood actor Simon Williams, played by Yahya Abdul-Mateen II, is thrust into the world of superheroes as he gets powers of his own, and becomes the new superhero Wonder Man. Also sees Ben Kingsley return as Trevor Slattery, and is created by Destin Daniel Cretton (Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings).

On a side note, if you wondering about Marvel’s cinematic releases next year, there are three films due to land:
