Netflix’s ‘I Will Find You’ Adds Britt Lower, Milo Ventimigilia, Erin Richards & Logan Browning To Cast

by Dave Elliott

Netflix has announced some new cast joining I Will Find You, another limited series based on a Harlan Coben bestselling novel, although this one is a little different.

The drama stars Sam Worthington (Avatar franchise) as innocent father David Burroughs, who’s serving a life sentence for murdering his son. But when he receives word that his son may actually be alive, David must embark on a truth-finding mission that leads him out of prison and into a world of deceit and despair.

Joining Sam will be Britt Lower (Severance, Man Seeking Woman) as Rachel Mills, David’s ex-sister-in-law and a former decorated reporter whose life fell apart after she was fired. When she discovers evidence suggesting an incredible secret, Rachel views it as a once-in-a-lifetime story that could be her ticket back to journalism.

Milo Ventimiglia (This Is Us, Gilmore Girls) plays Hayden, Rachel’s ex-boyfriend, who remains her close friend and confidant. He is from a prominent Boston family and finds purpose in working for his family’s philanthropic foundations.

Logan Browning (Dear White People, The Perfection) portrays Sarah Greer, a member of the FBI’s Fugitive Task Force in Boston alongside legendary agent Max Williams. Together they have become a valuable duo for the bureau, catching some of the country’s most notorious fugitives — until the Burroughs case threatens to upend everything they’ve worked for.

Lastly, Erin Richards (The Crown, Gotham) is Cheryl Dreason, David’s ex-wife and a talented and compassionate pediatric surgeon. Cheryl still grieves the loss of her son, but has worked hard to rebuild her life. When her ex-husband, David, breaks out of prison, long-buried secrets threaten to unravel everything she’s built.

What makes this project a little different to many of the previous Netflix/Harlan Coben is the location and the people behind it. Firstly, it is actually set in the USA, rather than relocated to the UK. Secondly, it does NOT come from the people who made ‘Missing You‘, ‘Fool Me Once’, ‘Safe’, and many of the other previous Coben adaptations. This one is co-created by Coben himself, alongside Robert Hull (Quantum Leap, Alcatraz), who serves as showrunner.

Coben also serves as executive producer through his company, Final Twist Productions, alongside Hull, Bryan Wynbrandt (Quantum Leap), Steven Lilien (Quantum Leap), and John Weber.

I Will Find You‘ does not have a premiere date yet but will air on Netflix globally. If you want to keep track of these or any other shows, you can add them via our Never Miss system, and you’ll be notified when it gets a UK premiere date.
