Prime Video and MGM+ have unveiled first-look images and confirmed premiere plans for ‘Vanished‘, a new four-part mystery thriller starring Kaley Cuoco (The Flight Attendant, The Big Bang Theory) and Sam Claflin (Me Before You, The Hunger Games: Catching Fire).
Coming in February, the series kicks off with what should be a very romantic trip to Paris… right up until it absolutely is not. When Alice’s boyfriend Tom disappears while travelling by train to the south of France, she’s thrown into a messy web of secrets, danger, and the horrible realisation that she might not have known the man she was sharing croissants with at all.
Alongside Cuoco and Claflin, the cast includes Karin Viard (Polisse, The Bélier Family), Matthias Schweighöfer (Oppenheimer, Army of the Dead), Simon Abkarian (Casino Royale, To Take a Wife) and Dar Zuzovsky (The Saints, The Survivor).
‘Vanished’ was filmed in and around Marseille and Paris, and is created by David Hilton and Preston Thompson, with Thompson also writing. Barnaby Thompson directs.
Release details (because streaming loves to be complicated): in the UK (and a bunch of other territories), Prime Video is dropping the whole thing in one go. Meanwhile, MGM+ is going weekly in the US and select international territories. So, depending on where you live, you’re either bingeing like a gremlin or practising the ancient art of patience.
‘Vanished’ premieres Friday, 27th February 2026, on Prime Video in the UK and Ireland, and Sunday, 1st February 2026, on MGM+ in the US.
