Set in a small Tennessee town struggling with a meth epidemic, a local officer, Sam Evans (Johnny Simmons), tries to keep things under control, but his role is overshadowed when a charismatic undercover agent, Bobby Gaines (Seann William Scott), arrives and quickly becomes celebrated as a hero. As tensions rise, Evans begins to suspect that Gaines may not be what he seems.
