Sky Original – Based on the Alan Bradley’s book series, Flavia is a family adventure film directed by Bharat Nalluri and starring Molly Belle Wright, Martin Freeman, Jonathan Pryce, and Toby Jones. It is adapted from the Alan Bradley book series.

It centres on 11-year-old chemistry prodigy Flavia de Luce (Wright) who stumbles on a body in the cucumber patch at the crumbling manor house that her family has called home for 500 years. It unlocks a new passion and her true calling in life as a detective.

But when her father Havillan (Freeman) unexpectedly confesses to the murder, Flavia must attempt to clear his name while outwitting the local constabulary, including Inspector Hewitt (Jones). Little does she know that her investigation will also expose long-buried secrets about her father and her missing mother Harriet.
