Bordertown is set to return to ITV2 on Monday 18th June at 9:30pm, with the fifth episode “Groundhog Day”. Episodes 7+ will follow from the following Monday, I presume.

Any ideas what has happened to Border Town? ITV showed 5 episodes then nothing since.

All I can find are rumours that it was dropped due to poor ratings, but nothing official.

It was losing around half the viewers from the new episodes of “Family Guy” lead-in (in fact, Bordertown’s ratings average following 7 day catch-up was around 300k to FG’s 900k), and it’s probable Fox told ITV2 to stop broadcasting it as they were cancelling it and didn’t want any UK fans to latch onto it. No official word, though. Still no idea where the rest of the episodes are going to go (ITV2 aired eps 1-4 and 6, I think there’s 13 overall, and they presumably have the rights to all of them – we could see them in a graveyard slot sometime in the future, likely), or whether it’s going to be available on DVD, but I know some outlets are offering the episodes for digital download.
