Set in a hyper-capitalist future where the gig economy has spiralled completely out of control, the series follows a mismatched team of workers travelling across the neo-Midwest, taking on whatever strange, grotesque, or outright lethal jobs the Odd Jobs app throws their way. As they scrape by in a world built on exploitation and absurdity, the show uses sharp satire and sci-fi chaos to explore labour, survival, and how badly humanity may have messed things up by the year 2127.
