Nora, a young woman from Berlin, wakes up from a coma after taking a new party drug called “Blis” and can no longer remember anything. When investigators Nique Navar and David Leonhart find out that numerous teenagers have disappeared as part of the spread of the new drug, Nora begins to investigate. She uncovers an uncanny conspiracy: Aliens are using the drug to take over the bodies of their victims. Nora comes to realise that she herself is the key to the alien invasion she is trying to fight.
