Suits fans rejoice! Dave Channel have announced that Season 6 of Suits will return on Sunday the 17th July at 10pm. That’s just 1 week after the US.
Season 5 of the legal drama ended with things in a very precarious situation. Mike (Patrick J Adams), the ‘college dropout blessed with an eidetic memory turned lawyer’, is locked behind bars after coping a plea deal to save the firm. Pearson Specter Litt is hemorrhaging staff, as people jump overboard, fearing the once great firm is about to go under. And they could be right, as Jessica (Gina Torres) announced that they are being sued for every case Mike ever worked on, leaving Harvey (Gabriel Macht) trying to figure a way out of the problem he created. And judging by the promo above, it doesn’t look like Mike is fairing any better on the inside either.
Adams recently stated “We’ve been building for five seasons towards somebody having to face the music for this secret that they had been keeping.” And it looks like Season 6 is the time that will happen.
This series sees a number of new recurring stars including Erik Palladino (ER, 666 Park Avenue), Paul Schulze (Nurse Jackie) and Malcolm Jamal Warner (American Crime: The People vs. OJ Simpson, House of Lies).
