It’s Elementary, my dear Cumberbatch

So we all know the background. CBS approached the BBC about a remake of renowned “Sherlock” and it didn’t happen. Shortly thereafter, Elementary was born.

There are cynics and there are enthusiasts, but I will be giving it the usual three-episode test, and am genuinely looking forward to it.

Elementary will arrive on Sky Living in the second half of October – one of two big American imports Sky are bringing us next month. Here is the trailer:
