Killjoys & Dark Matter Renewed By Syfy
Good news for fans of sci-fi (and Syfy!) The network has renewed both Killjoys & Dark Matter for 3rd seasons!
From Prodigy Pictures and Stargate writers Joseph Mallozzi and Paul Mullie, Dark Matter follows a group of people who awake on a spaceship, only to discover they have no idea who they are or how they got there. Despite some clashing of personalities, they have to work together to discover their past, and find who they want to be moving forward. With dangers at every turn, and betrayal always a possibility, it’s hard to trust people when you don’t know who you are. As the story unfolds, the team find themselves in a web of conspiracy, with them possibly left holding the key to stopping an all-out intergalactic war! The show stars Melissa O’Neil, Anthony Lemke, Alex Mallari Jr. Jodelle Ferland with Roger Cross and Zoie Palmer.
Killjoys comes from Lost Girl’s Michelle Lovretta, and sees a group of 3 interplanetary bounty hunter trying to stay impartial, as they chase deadly warrants throughout the Quad, a distant system on the brink of a bloody, multiplanetary class war. The show stars Aaron Ashmore (Warehouse 13), Hannah John-Kamen (Black Mirror), and Luke Macfarlane (Brothers & Sisters) and is produced by Orphan Black’s Temple Street Productions.
Dark Matter is currently airing on Monday nights at 8pm, and Killjoys on Tuesdays at 8pm, both on SyFy UK.
