Sky Living Sets UK TV Air Date For Grey’s Anatomy Season 13
Long running medical drama Grey’s Anatomy will return to UK shores on the 2nd November 2016 Sky Living have announced today.
Season 12 ended with a serious bust up between Alex Karev (Justin Chambers) and Andrew DeLuca (Giacomo Gianniotti), which will certainly have serious repercussions. Not only could there be legal consequences for Karev, but also for his relationships with his fellow doctors at Seattle Grace Hospital.
Kelly McCreary, who plays Dr. Maggie Pierce in the show has been quoted as saying the new season will focus more on the ‘original’ cast members, which includes the aforementioned Alex Karev, Meredith Grey (Ellen Pompeo), Richard Webber (James Pickens Jr.) and Miranda Bailey (Chandra Wilson). With the Karev/DeLuca spat looming large at the start of the season, you’ll see some of those characters’ loyalties be tested. McCreary comments “You would think that you would take the side of somebody who’s been beaten up, but these doctors have long histories together, and so I think it’s just human nature to want to make sure you have all the information before you take sides. But inevitably, if you have a long history with somebody, that informs any new information you get about them.”
You can catch all the latest action from Seattle Grace Hospital when Grey’s Anatomy returns to Sky Living, 2nd November 2016
