Heya, any updates on Greys? we’ve normally got some sort of update this time of year
According to What’s Coming To Disney+ In March 2023 (UK/Ireland), Greys Anatomy and Station 19 will both return on Wednesday 8th March 2023.

If the premier of Station 19 and Greg’s Anatomy are crossover episodes, why have Sky put them on separate weeks! ?

Just seen someone say in a greys anatomy group that it’s back on sky 7th April. Have you heard anything?
There apparently have been ads running saying the 7th April although I haven’t personally seen one, so it may be correct. The advanced listings from Sky aren’t out for that week yet, and Sky has previously run ads with dates that have then been switched (i.e. SWAT last year), so I’m just waiting to confirm it with the press guys before posting anything.

I’m sorry BUT greys anatomy is the only program I watch, I don’t watch anything else so devastated (not really) that it’s now moved to April, hopefully doesn’t move to May….. but wondering how station 19 is starting 31march and greys isn’t do they not work together???? TIA X
Hello, is there any news as to whether Greys has been renewed past the current season?
Not yet. It’s usually around May when we hear all the renewals, although, I would have thought Greys would be pretty safe. With a long-running show like that, they would usually have made a big announcement beforehand if the current season was going to be the final season.

No, it’s seasons 1-15 on Disney+/STAR. Season 17 will still premiere on Sky in March.

Just to update, that is definitely wrong, Grey’s isn’t back on the 3rd (we have dates up to the 12th Feb now, and it’s not shown up at all yet.)

Hard to say, although Grey’s didn’t appear in any of the December press preview stuff from Sky, so I think 2021 is more likely. Although, it’s less a rights issue this year, and more that it doesn’t start airing in the states until Nov 12 due to the pandemic delaying everything. It’s possible they may decide to air it this side of Christmas, but it’s also very likely they might decide to hold it until Jan.
We pay a virgin media subscription and have been watching greys anatomy since series 1, it is an automatic record every series so don’t have to do anything but watch. Series 16 recorded from sky witness channel for free as always. However I watched episodes 1 to 4 no problem but episodes 5 to 10 say they have been recorded but a notice from sky witness pops up instead saying I do not subscribe??? Episodes 11 onwards recorded and watchable. What is going on???

No, it is not going to Disney+. Sky are still trying to negotiate a deal for Greys, Station 19 and 9-1-1 but no update on them yet.

Seem to be some issues with the rights this season. It’s still not appeared on any of the schedules. My guess would be it’ll be on Disney+ if they can’t sort out a deal before 31st March, but I’ll update things if we get more info.

it is impossible to watch season 15 before the next season starts, they’ve taken it off sky and amazon are charging 2.99 per episode, its not on Netflix! I’ve only got 5 episodes to watch. will it be repeated?
Normally if Sky are showing it they put all the box sets up before the newest season comes on. So fingers crossed it goes on sky

There was a date released to the press by Sky, but they asked us to remove it as it was released in error, and it hasn’t reappeared yet. Not sure on the reason for the delay, but we’ll update when we get more information from Sky.

No idea unfortunately… Really depends on the reason for the delay. If it’s an issue with the deal, it’ll depend if they manage to sort that out, so could be anytime. If it is just scheduling, they could hold it for early 2020 to remove the mid-season US scheduling gap.
It is an ABC/Disney controlled show… It could be (and this is purely guesswork on my part) they bumped up the price for it to deter Sky from buying it, so they could put it on Disney+ when that launches in the UK next year.

No, it’s just been renewed for 2 seasons, so Season 16 this Autumn 2019, then Season 17 in Autumn 2020. :)

Ahh yes, I see what you mean, I should change the wording on that… It shouldn’t really say “Next Season: 17” it should say “Renewed Up To Season: 17” The system was set up before they really started renewing shows for multiple seasons, but I will look at getting that changed. :)

Hi Sammie, yes, it was publicised as the 27th Nov, but it was wrong. I can assure you the official air date from the Sky press release is the 8th of Jan 2014. As usual, Sky Living appear to be the last people to know when things go out on their network… ;)
