Good News ‘Chicago Fire’ Fans. Season 6 Is Coming To Sky Living This December!
Some good news if you’re a fan of ‘Chicago Fire‘. Sky Living has decided to run Season 6 straight after Season 5, starting on Tuesday, 12th December 2017 at 9pm.
It’s an unexpected, but welcome move from Sky, who has bumped the show to the Summer for the last few seasons. And, before anyone asks, we don’t have any updates on Channel 5 moving ‘Chicago PD’.
As usual, we’re in the annoying situation that the shows all air on different channels in the UK, so if the crossovers sync up, it’s usually by chance rather than design. ‘Chicago Med’ is currently airing season 3 on Universal Channel on Sunday nights at 9pm. ‘Chicago PD’ usually airs lat Spring/Summer on 5USA, and (as far as I can see), there is no change to that at the moment.
The drama from Emmy Award-winning executive producer Dick Wolf follows firefighters, rescue squad and paramedics of Chicago Firehouse 51 who risk their lives week in and week out to save and protect the citizens of their city. The close-knit group is led by Lt. Matthew Casey (Jesse Spencer) who leads the truck company and brash Lt. Kelly Severide (Taylor Kinney) runs the rescue squad.
The firehouse also includes Battalion Chief Wallace Boden (Eamonn Walker), a fireman’s fireman. As chief of 51, Boden keeps his house running smoothly and his firefighters prepared to overcome all adversity. Gabriela Dawson (Monica Raymund) returns alongside paramedic Sylvie Brett (Kara Killmer), seasoned veteran Christopher Herrmann (David Eigenberg) and resourceful firefighter Stella Kidd (Miranda Rae Mayo).
Also returning for the 6th season are Randy “Mouch” McHolland (Christian Stolte), Joe Cruz (Joe Minoso) and Brian “Otis” Zvonecek (Yuri Sardarov).
In the season six premiere, Chief Boden makes a risky, last-minute decision in order to save the squad trapped in a burning warehouse.
‘Chicago Fire‘ Season 6 comes to Sky Living from Tuesday, 12th December 2018 at 9pm.
