Agents of SHIELD Renewed For 13 Episode 6th Season
‘Agents of SHIELD‘ will be back for a 6th Season ABC has announced, albeit for a shortened run. The US network hasn’t confirmed if this will be a farewell season, or they’ve just decided to cap the episode number. The 6th season will consist of 13 episodes.
The show is currently running it’s 5th Season on E4 in the UK and found Coulson and the team stranded on a mysterious ship in outer space, and that’s just the beginning of the nightmare to come. As they come into contact with the vessel’s inhabitants, it becomes abundantly clear that something has gone terribly awry and they must figure out their role, delving ever deeper into the nightmarish mystery.
AoS stars Clark Gregg as Phil Coulson, Ming-Na Wen as Melinda May, Chloe Bennet as Daisy Johnson aka Quake, Iain De Caestecker as Leo Fitz, Elizabeth Henstridge as Jemma Simmons, Henry Simmons as Alphonso “Mack” MacKenzie and Natalia Cordova-Buckley as Elena “Yo-Yo” Rodriguez.
‘Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.’ was co-created by Joss Whedon, Jed Whedon and Maurissa Tancharoen, who also serve as executive producers along with Jeffrey Bell, Jeph Loeb and Jim Chory.
‘Agents of SHIELD‘ Season 5 is currently airing on E4 in the UK.
