Sky Atlantic Sets June UK Premiere Date For ‘The Affair’ Season 4
Dominic West, Ruth Wilson, Joshua Jackson and Maura Tierney return to the UK for ‘The Affair‘ Season 4 in June Sky Atlantic has announced.
‘The Affair’ follows the emotional effects of an extramarital relationship. Noah (West) is a New York City schoolteacher and budding novelist married to Helen (Tierney), his wife of twenty years and their four children. Alison (Wilson) is a young waitress and wife from Montauk at the end of Long Island, trying to piece her life back together in the wake of a tragedy and her divorce from ex-husband Cole (Jackson). The provocative drama unfolds separately from multiple perspectives, using the distinct memory biases of each character to tell the story.
In Season 4, we find Noah, Helen, Alison and Cole in their own orbits, alienated from each other and spinning further away from where it all began. With everyone involved in a new relationship, are they now prepared to leave the past behind? Or will they attempt to change the narrative?
The series was created by Sarah Treem (‘House of Cards’, ‘In Treatment’) and Hagai Levi (‘In Treatment’) created the series. Treem serves as showrunner, with Treem and Levi exec producing alongside Jessica Rhoades.
‘The Affair‘ Season 4 comes to Sky Atlantic on Tuesday, 26th June 2018 at 9:00 pm.
