Sky One Renews Cop Drama ‘Bulletproof’ For Season 2

Good news for fans of Noel Clarke & Ashley Walters as Sky One has renewed cop drama Bulletproof for a 2nd Season it has been announced.

Created by Walters, Clarke and Nick Love (‘The Football Factory’), ‘Bulletproof’ sees Clarke & Walters as police duo, Bishop and Pike. They’re two best mates, from very different backgrounds, yet bound by the same moral code as they chase down London’s bad guys.

The show, which ended tonight on Sky One, has done amazing numbers for the channel, with the opening episode being viewed by 1.59M people. “The audience response to the show has been overwhelming,” commented Walters according to Deadline, who first reported the renewal. “I’m looking forward to working with the rest of the Bulletproof team on series two – we’ve got some exciting storylines lined up. The action and drama is about to step up to the next level.”

“We made this show for people we feel are underrepresented so they could be entertained,” adds Clarke, “which they were, and they came out in droves to watch. Thank you to all who tuned in and see you for series two.”

Bulletproof‘ Season 1 can be watched right now on Sky On Demand and Now TV.
