New Poster Lands For Arrowverse’s ‘Elseworlds’ Crossover…
It looks like we’re in for some switcharoo fun with Arrowverse’s ‘Elseworlds’ crossover event, as a new poster lands with The Flash… Oliver Queen?.. And Green Arrow… Barry Allen?
The Arrowverse crossover event, which arrives in December, is titled ‘Elseworlds’ would seem to point to some monkeying around in the multiverse. We don’t know much about how this event occurs, but we do know it will involve Gotham City, and introduce Ruby Rose as Batwoman. It will also see the return of Tyler Hoechlin, who reprises his role as Superman/Clark Kent, along with Elizabeth Tulloch who joins as famed reporter Lois Lane, and Cassandra Jean Amell, who takes the role of Nora Fries.
Another photo appeared online this week of Hoechlin wearing a different version of his Superman outfit. It’s much more in line with the comic book post-Doomsday outfit, although we suspect in this case, it’s more to do with him being a multiverse version of Superman.
Other characters showing up in the crossover include Mar Novu, aka The Monitor (Designated Survivor’ star LaMonica Garrett), which is never usually a good thing. Monitors are supposed to watch and not intervene unless something has gone spectacularly wrong. They have also announced Jeremy Davies will play Dr. John Deegan, a doctor at Arkham Asylum. You may know Davies from his roles on ‘Sleepy Hollow’, ‘Lost’ and ‘Justified’.
The DC shows all return to the UK in October 2018, beginning with ‘The Flash‘ on Thursday, 18th Oct, followed by ‘Supergirl‘ on Monday (22nd), and ‘Arrow‘ on Tuesday (23rd). ‘Legends Of Tomorrow‘ begins Wednesday, 31st October 2018, all at 8pm on Sky One.
