The firefighters and medics of Engine 51 return, as Sky Witness sets a January UK tv premiere date for Chicago Fire‘ Season 7.

‘Chicago Fire’ follows the firefighters, rescue squad and paramedics of Chicago Firehouse 51 risk their lives week in and week out to save and protect the citizens of the windy city. These courageous men and women are among the elite who forge headfirst into danger when everyone else is running the other way and whose actions make the difference between life and death.

Jesse Spencer returns as Lt. Matthew Casey, along with Taylor Kinney as Lt. Kelly Severide, Eamonn Walker as Battalion Chief Wallace Boden, Kara Killmer as paramedic Sylvie Brett, David Eigenberg as seasoned veteran Christopher Herrmann and Miranda Rae Mayo as firefighter Stella Kidd.

New cast this year includes Annie Ilonzeh (‘Person Of Interest’, ‘Arrow’) who joins the crew this season as Paramedic Emily Foster, and The Flash’ star, Teddy Sears, who will be playing Chaplain Kyle Sheffield.

As we return for Episode 1, titled “A Closer Eye”, Casey tries to deal with his unsettled personal life and the firehouse welcomes a new member. Meanwhile, Boden clashes with new Assistant Deputy Commissioner Jerry Gorsch (guest star Steven Boyer).

Chicago Fire‘ Season 7 premieres Friday, 4th January 2019 at 9pm on Sky Witness and NOW TV.
