On the Geektown Radio podcast this I’m joined by the Matt from Entertainment Talk, to chat through the usual tv, film and gaming news, plus a look at the next week on tv. Additionally, we have an exclusive interview with ‘Preacher’s brilliant Costume Designer, Jill Ohanneson.
Jill Ohanneson has been the costume designer on ‘Preacher’ since Season 2, so we had a chat with her about all the weird and wonderful garments she has got to create over her 3 Seasons on that drama. However, she is also was the original costume designer on a little show called ‘Firefly’, so as the creator of the “Browncoats”, I really had to ask her about her work on that series. If that wasn’t enough, she was also the costume designer for the original and iconic ‘Bill & Ted’s Excellent Adventure’!
In addition to those series and movies, Jill has worked on ABC’s ‘Revenge’, Showtime’s ‘Dexter’, HBO’s ‘Six Feet Under’, and many many other shows. Her latest project, which we also touch on in the interview, is Ronald D. Moore’s alt-history space drama for Apple TV+, ‘For All Mankind’.
