Trailer Arrives For ‘The Walking Dead’ Season 10C Premiering 1st March On FOX UK
FOX has released the trailer for ‘The Walking Dead‘ Season 10 part 3 (or 10C if you prefer), which is set to land 1st March 2021 at 9pm on the UK broadcaster.
When we left ‘The Walking Dead’, we witnessed the fall of Alpha (Samantha Morton) and the end of the Whisperers War. However, The Kingdom had fallen, Hilltop was virtually destroyed and Alexandria abandoned to prepare for the final battle. Our survivors were trapped and separated from one another. Yet, when faced with almost certain death, they rallied together to fight, killing Beta (Ryan Hurst) and eliminating the threat of the horde.
In these six new episodes, we find our survivors trying to pick themselves up by their bootstraps following the destruction the Whisperers left in their wake. The years of struggle weigh upon them as past traumas surface, exposing their more vulnerable sides. As they question the state of humanity, the state of their collective community, and the states of their minds, will they find the inner strength to persevere with their lives, friendships, and group intact?
If you’re a fan of the show, you will probably know that the pandemic rather messed with the scheduling of the series last year. The originally intended “finale” episode ran in October 2020 on its own, but they had also announced that Season 10 would be getting 6 additional episodes to air in early 2021, with an extended 11th and final season kicking off in late 2021.
Along with the usual gang, these 6 new episodes will see a few new faces. Robert Patrick (Terminator 2: Judgment Day, Perry Mason, Scorpion) is set to play “Mays” and Hilarie Burton Morgan (One Tree Hill, White Collar, Friday Night In with the Morgans… and real-life wife of Jeffery Dean Morgan) as “Lucille” (aka the dead wife of Negan), along with new co-star Okea Eme-Akwari (Greenland, Cobra Kai) as “Elijah,” among others.
‘The Walking Dead‘ Season 10C (part 3) premieres Monday, 1st March 2020 at 9pm on FOX UK. The series airs Sunday, February 28th 2020 at 9pm on AMC in the USA.
